IT Pros is your business IT professionals whose mission is to act as the full-service source for all technology for each customer and to be proactive while removing the burden of information technology from the customer to achieve these goals. We have an office conveniently located in Boiling Springs, SC and service customers in the entire Upstate of South Carolina and all of Western North Carolina.  IT Pros works with a diverse group of clients ranging from a small 3 employee business to a major multi-location business.  We have assisted locally-owned small businesses in helping them achieve their goals while removing the burden of information technology.

IT Pros is locally owned by businessman, Gaetan Hemond of Spartanburg, South Carolina. Gaetan began his career with MCI in Greenville, South Carolina. At MCI he learned customer service skills and the ins-and-outs of the telecommunication industry. In 1998 Gaetan left MCI to begin his career in the computer consulting industry. Gaetan has worked to build a team who collaborates and works together to provide consistency for our customers.  IT Pros strives to ensure that the end user doesn’t see a difference in the results, no matter who handles the issue. As a team we are focused on learning about the needs of our customers and are constantly looking at the technology industry and learning about what new tools are available.
